I understand that I am submitting a legally binding independent contractor affiliate agreement with Callis T House.
I understand that if this affiliate agreement is approved by Callis T House, my employment objective is to, in a legal and ethical manner, promote sales of Callis T House services and items.
I understand that as an independent contractor affiliate, I work for myself, direct my own workflows, am solely responsible for abiding by all government requirements and am not entitled to employee benefits from Callis T House, it's owner(s), subsidiaries, or affiliate companies or persons.
I understand that as an independent contractor affiliate, the nature of my work relationship with Callis T House is temporary and the contract end date is January 1, 2026.
I understand that as an independent contractor affiliate in good standing with Callis T House, I am welcome to submit a new independent contractor agreement application if openings are available after my current contractor agreement ends in 2026.
