Option to build a micro-home and participate in land ownership
(500 sq. ft. raw land space for home & auto. Larger family units may need multiple registrations)



Who Qualifies?

Must be citizens or legal residents of the United States of America,
Students who require an alternative and/or extended reading and learning environment,
Those who are interested in off grid self-contained living,
Those who find private school and/or home ownership cost prohibitive,
Persons willing to adhere to community rules for the well-being of all participants,
Persons willing to pay for their materials, supplies, insurance, permits if building a microhome, tax and personal internet costs,

Step 1: Register your ticket number and submit your first payment of $88.
Your ticket number is your confidential identifier. Please include this number on all payments and communications. Your registration begins after your payment has been confirmed.

Step 2: Prepare for your first appointment, self-contained move-in
and begin general assignments

After your first payment is confirmed, and one-twelfth capacity is reached, you will receive an email regarding the initial academic conference, general assignments and off-grid move-in and build.
Conferences will begin after one-twelfth capacity is reached.

Step 4: Check in and submit second assessment payment of $88.
You will receive an email with information regarding your location placement.
Early move-in is tentative for Fall of 2026.
General move-in is tentative to begin Spring of 2027.
Regular academic sessions begin tentatively Spring of 2028.
Move-in dates are contingent upon reaching a minimum one-fourth capacity.
